When you arrive at our office, you and your child will be welcomed with a smile by our friendly team members. Your child can play in our kids area, or watch their favorite shows on one of our iPads. We even have a nursing lounge for new mothers and our tiniest of patients. Depending on your child’s age and needs, their first visit can include a tour of the office, and an initial exam so they can become familiar with our team and their new dental home. We take the time to explain everything in a way that they can understand, in order to foster a positive relationship with their oral health.

You and your child’s comfort are our top priority. That’s why we have a dedicated nursing room for new mothers to have privacy with their little one if they need it. We also use this room for our tiniest of patients, so they can receive their exam in a relaxing, homey environment.
Sometimes, children can benefit from a bit of a distraction during their time in the dental chair. At Pinky Promise, your little one can watch their favorite (parent-approved) show or movie on Netflix with ceiling-mounted TVs in every operatory.

Intraoral cameras are used to give a better visual of your child's oral health. Dr. Neelon Patel is able to project the images on a bigger screen to help you see what she sees, for a deeper understand more of your child's oral health.
